Practice Development Manager

Rachel is the Practice Development Manager with Kane Tuohy LLP.

Rachel works alongside the partners to develop initiatives that support the firm’s goals.  As Practice Development Manager, she is responsible for day-to-day operations, providing a diverse skills mix ranging from people management, IT, HR, administration, marketing, risk & compliance, finance and facilities.

Rachel has over 25 years of experience in Office Management in Law, Aircraft Leasing and Aviation.  She has previously managed a global team across three continents and knows the importance of good communication, with excellent people management skills.  She is a skilled team leader, contract negotiator and adept at streamlining processes and systems to ensure best practice.

Rachel graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Property and Facilities Management from Technological University Dublin in 2020.  She also holds a Professional Diploma in Project Management from Independent Colleges, Dublin.
