Jim is a Solicitor in Kane Tuohy’s Real Estate Department. He has acted in the sale and acquisition of large scale residential and commercial developments to local authorities, housing associations and private buyers. He also acts for both landlords and tenants in negotiations of commercial leases of retail, commercial office space and industrial properties.
Jim graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics & History from University College Dublin and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from Technological University Dublin. He was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in Ireland in 2025.
