Hugh McDonald

Hugh is a Solicitor in Kane Tuohy’s Commercial/Litigation Department. He has experience in advising a wide range of clients on corporate law matters. In particular, he has experience in advising clients on commercial agreements, advising generally on corporate transactional work both acquisitions and sales, shareholders agreements and contract law matters.

Hugh also has experience in the areas of civil and commercial litigation and has provided advice to a broad range of private and corporate clients.

He graduated from UCD with a Masters in Common Law in 2020 and as admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2025. Hugh is a member of the Law Society of Ireland and has also recently completed a Diploma in Corporate Law and Governance in 2024.
