The Partners are delighted to announce the appointment of Adrian Burke as Chairman of the Partnership with effect from 1 March 2024.

Mr Burke is a corporate finance lawyer with a distinguished career spanned over 30 years in the sector. He is a former senior partner at A&L Goodbody LLP where his practice focused on strategic advice to Irish and international corporate and financial institution clients. He has acted on a wide range of significant corporate and financing transactions across Ireland and internationally.

As Chairman, Mr Burke will work closely with the Partners and will focus on the firm’s strategic planning and business development.

Mr Burke has lectured in finance law in the LLM programme at University College Dublin.  He is a member of the Law Society, the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association and the International Bar Association.
