Sarah Reynolds – Associate
Sarah studied at University College Cork obtaining a BCL degree in 2005 and graduating with an LL.M Masters at Law in 2006. She qualified as a solicitor in 2010. Sarah specialises in Commercial and Civil Litigation, including contractual disputes probate litigation, and professional negligence actions.
Sarah has extensive experience in Commercial litigation with particular emphasis on Commercial Court proceedings. Sarah is involved in defending professional negligence suits for insurance companies before the Commercial Court. In addition, Sarah has acted for clients in injunction proceedings at both Circuit and High Court level.
Sarah also has extensive knowledge of Data protection law and completed the Professional Certificate in Data Protection with the Institute of Banking in 2014. She advises clients on all aspects of Data Protection law including; obligations of data processors and data controllers; compliance with data access requests; advising on the interpretation and practical implications of data protection law and compliance procedures.
Sarah has advised State bodies on aspects of statutory interpretation and European legislation and has advised clients on disputes in the area of Landlord and Tenant law.
She has experience in mediation/arbitration and dispute resolution, and has worked in the areas of employment, corporate recovery and personal insolvency. She also advises on the registration and enforcement of judgments, with particular emphasis on foreign enforcement of judgments.
