Jenny Martin graduated in 1998 with a B.Sc in Management from Dublin University and an Advanced Diploma in Marketing Techniques from the Dublin Institute of Technology. Undertaking a graduate management training programme with a multi-national company, Jenny gained experience in retail and business management. Jenny obtained post graduate qualifications in legal studies from Dublin Institute of Technology and in employment law from University College Dublin. Since being admitted to the roll of solicitors in January 2006, Jenny practices in employment law and litigation. Jenny represents private and commercial clients across a broad spectrum of industries.
Jenny advises employers and employees on both contentious and non-contentious issues. She advises on all facets of the employment law relationship from recruitment to termination. She is experienced in drafting contracts, and policies and procedures for employers.
Jenny frequently advises both employees and employers on contentious matters where the employment relationship has broken down. Jenny’s skill lies in her focus on advising clients from the early stages of crisis prevention to the later stages of negotiation. If the dispute results in court proceedings, Jenny has the practical experience necessary to represent our clients before the Workplace Relations Commission, the Labour Court, District, Circuit and High Courts.
Jenny is a member of the Employment Law Association of Ireland.
