Kane Tuohy LLP are committed to the highest standard of professional practice. We try to ensure that our behaviour and practice is in keeping with what is expected from a sensible and prudent firm of Solicitors, charged with assisting its clients on legal issues confronting them. We are conscious that our clients place their faith in us to help them. This is a responsibility we take seriously. In light of that, we are guided by principles of integrity and honesty, act in good faith and believe in fair dealing.
The firm commenced practice in February 2009. Its founding partners were Hugh Kane, Damian Hand, Sheena Beale (since retired from the practice) and Cómhnall Tuohy. Since then, the firm has grown from its relatively modest beginnings of eleven people to its present compliment of forty two. For the first eleven years of practice, it was based in the Malt House. Having outgrown its first office, it moved to Hambleden House on Lower Pembroke Street in May 2020.
Our growth is due to our clients and the long term relationships which have been created with them. As a firm, we are very mindful and appreciative of that fact. Our growth has not been one of growth for growth’s sake but is a response to the continuing faith and belief paced in us by our clients.
